1. Papers should be an unpublished original research result and has not been published in any other conference or journal.
2. Papers should include sections such as title, abstract, keywords, main text, conclusion, and references.

4. Papers shall be submitted electronically as a PDF file through our Conference Manuscript Management System.
5. Paper submission must conform to our formatting guidelines.
6. Papers should adhere to the principle of academic integrity, and plagiarism and falsification are strictly prohibited. The Crossref Similarity Check score should be lower than 25% when using the software iThenticate at https://www.ithenticate.com for plagiarism detection.
Publication

Researchers are invited to submit papers encompassing conceptual analysis, design implementation, and performance evaluation. Rigorous review by two or three expert reviewers from the conference committees ensures the quality of accepted papers. All accepted papers will be indexed by EI Compendex. Distinguished papers presented at the conference, after further revision, will be recommended to be reviewed for publication in some international journals indexed by SCI/EI.
